Alvarion Interoperability Testing (IOT) enables 3rd party end-user devices such as netbooks, MIDs and mobile phones to be smoothly integrated in the operator's WiMAX network, enabling quick time-to-market and revenue. A growing, number of 4G WiMAX devices have already been certified by Alvarion. In addition, the dedicated Alvarion IOT facility conducts proactive IOT with leading WiMAX chipset vendors and provides a tailored product level IOT service.
