An advanced scheduling mechanism is used to support the delivery of multi-play applications, including an eRT scheduling mechanism to deliver Voice, and MCBCS ( Multicast and Broadcast Services) for video applications, and a Proportional Fair scheduler for optimizing sector performance of non-committed traffic.
